Bruno Semino

Racquet Director | Coach

Bruno is an IPTPA-certified coach, elite pickleball professional, and the Racquet Director at Serve and Smash Padel and Pickleball Club. In just two years of playing pickleball, he has achieved remarkable success, including winning the Silver Medal and being named MVP at the 2024 Pickleball World Cup while representing Peru.


With over 15 years of international experience in Paleta Frontón and Pelota Vasca, Bruno’s athletic background includes a Pan American Gold Medal and a 7th place finish at the World Championship. His rapid rise in pickleball has been highlighted by multiple tournament medals, including standout performances at the 2024 and 2025 Zimmer Biomet APP New York City Open.


Beyond pickleball, Bruno has a deep understanding of body movement, coordination, and biomechanics, having previously worked as a Dance Professor at Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Lima, Peru. His expertise in movement is complemented by his passion for gym workouts, yoga, and pilates, making him a well-rounded coach focused on strength, flexibility, and agility.


As an MBA graduate from Southern Connecticut State University, Bruno blends his expertise in sports management with a passion for coaching. Whether you're a beginner learning the fundamentals or an advanced player seeking high-performance training, he offers private lessons, 3 and me, group clinics, and strategy sessions tailored to elevate your game.


Bruno believes that there’s no secret to improvement—but if there were, it would be dedication, training (REPS) and enjoying every moment on the courts!

William Meng

Coach

Coach Will, a dedicated and accomplished pickleball player since 2021, has over 25+ medals across Open Level Doubles, Mixed, and Singles. With 12 years of tennis experience, he transitioned to pickleball and became a top player and coach in Connecticut. After leaving his full-time engineering career in 2023, Coach Will focused on coaching, earning certifications from the IPTPA and IFP, and becoming Head Professional at multiple facilities.



Now an independent coach, he creates a supportive, yet challenging environment that helps players improve their technique and mental fortitude to unlock their fullest potential.

Shona Kerr

Coach

Shona Kerr is a dynamic force in American pickleball, blending decades of elite racquet-sports experience with a modern, strategic approach to the game. A former professional squash player, Shona transitioned into pickleball with the same competitive fire and tactical intelligence that defined her squash career. Her refined touch, court vision, and anticipation—honed over more than twenty years as a professional racquet-sports instructor and coach—make her one of the most versatile and respected players on the court.


Shona has competed extensively across the United States, earning a reputation for her consistency, athleticism, and ability to elevate partner play. She is a proud member of the Austin Ignite in the National Pickleball League (NPL), where she brings leadership, steadiness, and high-IQ shot selection to the pro team environment.


Her tournament résumé includes being a two-time US Open silver medalist, along with numerous PPA and APP gold medals across multiple events and brackets. Whether in singles, doubles, or mixed, Shona’s competitive identity centers on smart point construction, exceptional hands, and relentless strategic pressure.


With a longstanding career in coaching, Shona continues to inspire players of all levels, combining technical expertise with a calm, analytical presence. She embodies the blend of professionalism, passion, and grit that defines today’s top pickleball athletes.
